About
Anna Doyle is a film based art photographer from Newcastle, Australia. Her photographic work delves into experimental techniques which offers a richer, more imaginative approach to the photographic journey. She is deeply inspired by the luminescence of nature, choosing to play with colour and texture to create abstraction in her imagery, and conveying what would seem to be a subtle and yet ever present magic; that of the natural world. - Michael Bates, Director.
“Analogue photography is a fascinating tool of expression as it can offer fleeting glimpses into the real and intangible world; how colour can enhance what is already vibrantly existant, or can be manipulated to transform scenes into an ethereal vision. Film photography has the raw ability to capture the emotion of the natural world – translating it into a timeless piece of art.” - Anna Doyle
